TO DO THIS YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL REQUIRE NEW FINGERPRINTS BECAUSE IF YOU PICK THE SECOND CHOICE YOU ARE TELLING THE SYSTEM YOU ARE SENDING THE INDIVIDUAL TO BE FINGERPRINTED AND PAYING FOR NEW FINGERPRINTS. We cannot undo this choice. This is your choice, choose correctly to avoid problems and additional costs. NOTE: To more easily identify these buttons, the titles have been changed. The first option used to say, “Recheck Registries (fingerprints not required).” It has changed to: “Fingerprints NOT required (choose this one if you don’t want to do fingerprints).” The second option used to say, “Add Application (fingerprints required).” It has changed to: “Fingerprints Required – Pay for new fingerprints/add application (choose this one to do fingerprints again)” Note: Information is for training purposes only.
