Employees or new hires who undergo required background checks might receive an “Undetermined” or “Not Eligible” result. A person whose background check is undetermined can still work for you, whereas a person who is not eligible must be terminated immediately from employment unless he or she challenges the results.
All “Undetermined” results must be challenged, unless the facility chooses not to hire the person. If the undetermined result stands after the challenge process, the facility has the option to retain the employee. “Not Eligible” results should only be challenged if the applicant believes the determination result is not correct. If the determination is correct, challenging the result will not change the “not eligible” result. Applicants with not eligible results that remain in effect after a challenge has been completed MUST be terminated. And remember, although an employee can work during the challenge process, they should be supervised at all times while on the job. Both of these background check results can be challenged by filling out a Request for Challenge form and submitting it to the Nevada Department of Public Safety (DPS). Challenges have a time limit of 45 days, during which the employee can continue to work. An employer’s options after a completed challenge are described above. Employees will be notified in writing by DPS if their challenge is successful. However, no communication is provided by DPS on challenges that are not successful. NABS (the Nevada Automated Background Check System) will send out an automated “Appeals Process Ending” email letting you know that the time frame to challenge has ended. We suggest you check with NABS regularly to stay updated on the challenge’s status. I always wanted to go to Monte Carlo, the beautiful scenery and the exciting casino action. Since I'm an avid poker player, I was always fascinated by the ceramic poker chip plaques I would see them pushing around on those James Bond movies. I decided to check them out for myself, to see how they play and why they use them.

Life coaching can be intimidating, though also satisfying and edifying. From my perspective, it is an opportunity to crave the space in the life for the ambitions and the things that are significant to the person. It makes a person able to focus on his dreams and aspirations. Even though a life coach is not a counselor, still, he can counsel.

It's interesting to know that background checks can be challenged by submitting them to the right authorities. I can imagine how working with a proper background check for employment services would help to ensure that the right processes would be followed and no error will happen. It will save a company from wasted time and resources when they ensure that the people they are hiring have a clean record..
